Holistic Addiction Treatment
Addiction rehabilitation at Bluff is not a series of events or meetings, but rather a vibrant process of continued learning, character development, restoration of relationships and the attainment of skills to prevent relapse.
In addition to clinical treatments such as cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, Bluff fully immerses patients in the recovery process through experiential therapies that involve all of the senses. Equine therapy, art, gardening, yoga and movement offer alternative methods of self-expression and communication.
Guided by skilled therapists and counselors, experiential therapies change perspectives, expose individuals to new and powerful experiences and offer opportunities to develop skills that are beneficial for health over a lifetime.
Quality of Care and the Model We Follow
ASAM Model
of Care
The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) provides multidimensional treatment criteria for providing outcome-oriented and results-based care in the treatment of addiction. Bluff follows this nationally recognized and utilized set of guidelines for placement, continued stay and transfer or discharge of patients with addiction and co-occurring conditions.
