Bluff is a proud partner in the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA-CCN).
The VA-CCN is a network of facilities that accept veteran benefits, giving veterans more convenient access to mental health and substance use treatment. The Community Care Network (CCN) uses industry-standard practices and guidelines to administer treatment and promptly pay for services.
In order to secure funding for your treatment through the VA-CCN, both an authorization from the VA and a doctor’s referral are required. These are usually obtained by visiting your home county VA office to meet with a primary care doctor. If you are seeking substance use treatment services, you can ask your doctor about using the Community Care Network to attend Bluff for detox, residential or outpatient treatment.
Let Us Help You
When you’re ready to take the next step in your recovery journey, it can feel overwhelming or frustrating to navigate the VA to access your benefits. If you’re a veteran who is not signed up for VA benefits or who needs assistance in accessing the CCN referral process, please contact our admissions team.
We have specialists who are experienced in working with veterans, the VA and the CCN. If you are unsure how to access your veteran benefits or need help with the process, please reach out to the admissions team at Bluff who have expertise in navigating the VA-CCN system. At Bluff, we make it a priority to get our veterans the treatment they need and deserve.
Unfortunately, not all veterans are eligible for coverage via the VA-CCN. Bluff is also in-network with most commercial insurance providers, and we accept self-pay.
